Exclude Astar from marketing narratives

Some of the core members of Astar seem to have a hostile attitude against Polkadot (bLd). I believe they should be excluded from Polkadot marketing narratives until they improve their attitude and start cooperating with Polkadot which can be then decided with another referendum

bLd loves Polkadot and contributes to it, he acts in a pro-active way to protect Polkadot from amateurs burning its treasury uselessly (giottodf).
Astar loves Polkadot and actively contributes to its codebase and ecosystem, most recent examples among many others:
Just in case anyone would have doubt this proposal is nothing more than a personal oddity from giottodf
If you are strong enough, you will have friends. We should think about how to make polkadot more powerful instead of turning others into enemies.
