21 days is a ton of PTO lol

This is the most well thought-through application I have seen, and I would like to express my support for it. I know Adam for about half a year now, and while we have not met in person, we have worked together on the AMI Bounty, which he has initiated and I am a curator of. From this experience I can say that he is an extremely driven and diligent individual, a rare combination.

His is extremely knowledgeable about various technical aspects of Polkadot, and he has taught me (and many others in the AMI Bounty) a lot about complex calls on JS, such as nested proxy multisigs. It is clear that he is passionate about educating people on a technical level, and help avoid scams and rugs, as displayed by the tutorials and videos he has made to that end.

A few more points on his diligence: Anyone who has followed the development of the AMI Bounty will have to agree that this is an extremely well managed project, writing detailed policies and charters, proactively managing conflicts of interest and keeping operating costs low. Adam's HA proposal is also the only one that is volunteering to track time spent (He does do the same for the AMI Bounty btw!) And while I don't think that tracking time should be a requirement for all HAs (since this would not be enforceable anyways) I think it shows the seriousness with which Adam is approaching this ambassadorship. He is not here for a quick buck from the treasury.

The only "negative" thing about him is that he is not the most diplomatic person in the world. He can rub people the wrong way, and get into lengthy arguments. But once you get to know him better, you will realise that this is because he has a real passion for Polkadot, and stays true to his principles. I think he will make an excellent Head Ambassador!
