I am making this proposal after recent proposals referendum #801 & referendum #834 - indicating that continued use of these services require specific approval through OpenGov.

I am likely incredibly biased as I am part of the Hydration Council, but Hydration (formerly HydraDX) is the shining example in our ecosystem.
For me it is an obvious AYE to include Hydration in marketing initiatives relating to DeFi activities.
I could go into specifics, but I imagine they are all fairly obvious.
As to anyone who may NAY this – don't NAY it purely because you don't agree with doing these refs to be included in the bounty, that is not the point. If that is why you would NAY then simply post a referendum canceller stating that you disagree with this way of handling things.
