To amplify the debate, I will start to introduce some topics highlighting what makes Kinera different. The first highlights our governance model, Polkadot Governance 2.0, exploring differences and interactions.

Kinera learns and grows from Polkadot governance models. We will start with the Gov 1.0, and as the community grow, we will evolve. As an economic entity constructed on top of a social network, Kinera needs moderation, decentralised moderation, one of the most challenging features in web3.

The Columbus Egg we have to present is the use of a reputation token that creates two different user experiences, each one with access to different features. In this context, voluntary moderators curate decisions with tokens, but even so, we need more than people and infrastructure to make a community work. As an economic entity where all social relations occur within the context of value creation, our decision-making and moderation processes are streamlined. However, to prevent a "Game of Thrones" scenario with various groups fighting for money and power, something different still needs to be added.

We propose to create a base where the rational discourse aligns with ethics, where ethics is the negotiation of conflicts of interest under conditions of a shared purpose.
This can result in the long text of a constitution or the intrinsic commitment on a higher level to be ethical to others and to achieve goals together, a purpose.

Kinera's purpose is visionary and embodies the core principles of innovation and community, with a holistic vision of prosperity that serves man and nature. Kinera aims to be a media portal for transformative ideas and social progress. We want to promote innovative methodologies and practices inside media communities dedicated to continuous improvement and real-world problem-solving. To give light and facilitate the dialogue for groups capable of addressing complex challenges and communicating them to a vast audience.

Our contribution to “A semi-coherent ecosystem development strategy for Polkadot” proposes a decentralised certified identity and a reputation token as facilitators to moderation. Maybe this was a naive proposal. What is desirable to happening is that Kinera can be a laboratory for new governance tools that can be used in other projects.
