Retroactive Tip For Content Creator
Following your valuable assistance and advice aimed at making the community more transparent, I now have a verified account. :-) for this new proposal after the suggestions you provide me with proposal number #608
Presentation:
I am here to request a tip as a content creator for the work done since 2021. I'm an youtuber and content creator "Il Marchese del crypto".
For suggestions, please feel free to contact me here: @afilicudi

I understand very well that not being actively involved in the international Polkadot community (although I always read), you probably don't know me. However, I believe that Polkadot's open gov was also created to allow people who contribute or have contributed "from a distance" to be known.
This is a correction of proposal #608 now placed in Unnote!
As approved in other cases like proposal #486 by Csaint02 or proposal #569, I am requesting a tip for the many videos made on YouTube to introduce people to Polkadot and its entire ecosystem: (educational videos, comparative videos, explanatory videos, speculative videos, shorts, lives, etc.) from 2021
Furthermore, I often provide continuous updates on Polkadot (but not only, I am independent and generalist) through in-depth news on both YouTube and my Telegram channel, also helping many people take their "first steps" in the Dot ecosystem and trying to make it as understandable as possible even for the less experienced.
I believe I was the only one in Italy (or at least the first) to introduce people to Dot crowdloans, their functioning, how to participate, the use of Polkadot JS, Talisman wallet, platforms like Parallel, or even simply through exchanges for the inexperienced.
Additionally, educational videos such as "the importance of leaving at least 1 dot in the wallet," how to stake, or how to participate through nomination pools.
I have explained various projects from the ICO phase (like Centrifuge) to explaining projects like Acala, Astar Network, Manta, and Moonbeam.
Simple comparisons of the functioning of the Polkadot blockchain compared to Cardano, or the difference between Kusama and Polkadot, etc…
Returning to my request, it is truly very modest for all the study and work done to make Polkadot known, but I did it for free! However, given this opportunity, which I find very valid for those who have contributed to the growth of Polkadot within their means or competencies, I believe it is correct to make this small request!
Here are some of the contents I have created over time on my channel, while it often happens to talk about Polkadot even when I participate on other YouTubers' channels as a guest.
Some creations:
Tutorial on participating in crowdloans on Polkadot
Explanation of Polkastarter's launchpad operation
Comparison between Kusama and Polkadot
Funny prediction of Dot's price in 2021
Using OKX to participate in Dot and Kusama auctions
Differences between Polkadot and Cardano
Videos and live streams dedicated to Dot auctions
Further exploration of auctions and project investment
Maximizing profits through Polkadot crowdloans
Recap of initial auctions and winners
Tutorial on the Talisman Wallet
Provocative discussion on "Is Polkadot dead?"
Live Q&A sessions on Dot auctions
Live discussion with Luca Poggi, Italian Polkadot Admin, on "Is Polkadot resurrecting? Polkadot 2.0"
YT shorts: ACALA on POLKADOT bonus on deposit and whitelist APPROVED: (https://youtube.com/shorts/tt-_0VYpyGY)
Be careful not to go below 1 DOT : (https://youtube.com/shorts/piD43aaKvmc)
I believe I have contributed, (not like Luca Poggi that him works night and day for Polkadot for Italian Community), but in my possibility, to the growth and awareness of the Polkadot community in Italy. I believe that 50% of my followers have investments in Dot or in some project related to it and many of them use Dapps on it.
Thank You Guys

Hey, could you explain why you are applying for 980 DOT?
@polkaworld
Hello
Sure, I just calculated a symbolic figure of around 33 DOT per dedicated video. As you well know, the usual compensation for a channel like mine typically exceeds this amount by at least 6 or 8 times for each video produced. However, I'm doing this solely because I had already decided to do it for free anyway. Furthermore, since I consider myself an honest person, I have never taken advantage, and I could have asked for much more. Additionally, I've aligned myself with those who have created some content (written) and some tweets, although I believe my work has been different in terms of time invested, production, and research.
As for future videos, the figure will be different in any case, but I will negotiate with the agency. Moreover, the possibility of providing free updates to my followers, as I have always done, remains valid regardless of any agreements with the bounty.
I hope this answers your question
First of all why are you asking money for videos you did in 2021? How asking money for 2021 videos are relevant in 2024? You are asking money for Scam videos from DOT Token holders? This unbelievable? None of your video deserves 33 DOT, and you are as dishonest as you can be. Except Luka's video none of your videos are relevant for now, asking money for those useless videos in 2024 is the biggest dishonesty one can show. You should be ashamed for your behavior, and remember you did nothing for free, those videos gave you view and subscriber which you used for growing your own Youtube account. Asking money for Polkastarter video shows how detached you from Polkadot ecosystem, and what your motive is. So stop trying to be modest.

I did it simply to provide information.
Certainly, the videos brought me subscribers and views, but that doesn't mean they weren't useful for the growth of the DOT ecosystem. If I were to calculate it in economic terms, maybe they brought me $100 in total.
I don't expect you to understand, in fact, I sympathize with you, considering that many of my fellow countrymen have scammed or asked for exorbitant sums.
Fortunately, I don't need your charity, but I simply need this to understand how the governance of Dot and its ecosystem actually works.
I've seen funds being disbursed to scammers and untrustworthy individuals, while those who are putting in the effort every day receive nothing.
What does the video on Polkastarter have to do with anything? I've made 30 other videos on different topics.
That's all I need to say. I've met people who delved into the matter and informed themselves, and people who haven't.
I thank those who have supported me, and I also thank those who haven't.
But don't you dare criticize or pass judgment on a person (in this case, myself) without knowing them, because if there's anyone dishonest here, it certainly isn't me!
That being said, vote No! I don't need your approval or your charity. I just want to thank those who truly delved into the details and contacted me privately to ask for information.
Happy Easter!
