Funding of Polkadot System Parachain Collators
Dear Community Members,
This bounty is designed to fund System Parachain Collators on Polkadot in a similar manner to bounty 20 on Kusama. Funding covers Asset-Hub, Bridge-Hub and Collectives.
This initiative is an extension of the original System Parachain Collator proposal. Our goal is to incentivize efficient performance, minimize censorship, and ensure ongoing activity on each System Parachain. We intend to achieve this by securing treasury funding for operational costs and by associating disbursements against metrics of performance.
Funding Request: Infrastructure Costs and Staking Rewards
Coverage: Three Polkadot System Parachains (AssetHub, BridgeHub, and Collectives)
Duration: 6-month runway. Start Date: 1 January 2024
Funding Amounts: 15,882.78 DOT for Polkadot System Parachains

I asked this over on the Kusama side, but will also ask here. Is this bounty open to new participants? I do not see anything in the proposal about participants other than the ones previously approved having the opportunity to apply.
