Four periodic tasks on the Asset Hub scheduler (from referenda #457, #1104, #1501 and #1729) transfer 5,000 USDT + 5,000 USDC per execution from four Hydration accounts to the old treasury account 14xmwinmCEz6oRrFdczHKqHgWNMiCysE2KrA4jXXAAM1Eogk.

The #1729 task fails on every execution because the Asset Hub sovereign account is not a proxy delegate of its holder, which holds 1.68M USDT + 1.68M USDC on its balance.

The #457 and #1104 holders have less than 5,000 of one asset (6,500.10 + 1,300.00 and 4,605.02 + 6,888.51), so their tasks cannot move that. The #1501 task is estimated to finish its transfers until 2026-10-07 and then leaves 2,749.06 + 5,063.02 on its holder for the same reason.

This referendum stops the four tasks (enactment date set after #1501 finishes its work), adds the missing proxy delegations, and schedules new transfers of 1,695,694 USDT + 1,692,612 USDC to the current treasury 13UVJyLnbVp9RBZYFwFGyDvVd1y27Tt8tkntv6Q7JVPhFsTB.
