Hello! The problem you outline is real. However, I miss the detail in the proposal on budget. Please flesh out the budget in the proposal and provide estimates of how the time and hourly wage for development will be. (Please notify me with a comment once it is done.)
In addition, I just want to inform you that in the proposal document you asked for 20.000 USD, while on OpenGov you asked for 4000 DOT in total, which is currently around 23.000 USD. Please note that you would have more chances of a successful proposal if the money for development costs were requested in USDT from Polkadot Treasury, which is possible.
