Concerns have been raised about the voting process, where a major voter approved all applicants without thorough evaluation. This has led to questions about the authenticity of some candidates and the due diligence performed in selecting Head Ambassadors. This is most evident in the fact that Michiko was elected as a Head Ambassador and later turned out to be a fake persona.

It is recommended that the entire program be reconsidered, modified, and subjected to a new vote.

Furthermore, there appears to be confusion among some Head Ambassadors about how Polkadot OpenGov works, including misunderstandings about tracks, voting mechanisms, and the nature of permissionless networks.
