For the greater good, each member that contributes to claiming each era should at the very least get their network fee refunded to them as they are taking the initiative to contribute to a specific validator and not just sit and watch for the validator or someone else in the community to wait and hope someone else maybe might press the button to claim. Or there should be an automatic action in each era that happens. Or the validator itself should be charged the network fee for the claim at the very least.
