I want to propose a strategic polkadot reserve. Where periodically DOT treasury is use to buy BTC and other alts(bluechip). This will generate yield  when the price increase and then they can be used to buyback DOT. Thats how treasury becomes more powerful and we can do buyback and burn DOT or other use cases with treasury like share the yield to network security providers.
